How to make a Red Clover Tea

A red clover is a perennial plant that grows in various places around the world. The plant can be grown from seed or cuttings. It grows readily and may be harvested to make a red clover tea. When making a tea, make sure to choose plants that are not near roadsides or areas sprayed with chemicals.

Make a red tea by placing 1 tbsp. dried or fresh red clover blossoms in a cup pour 1 to 1 ½ cups boiling water over the blossoms to make the tea. Allow it to steep and store in the refrigerator for a refreshing and healthy beverage on hot days.
